Peristiwa tersebut terjadi pada Rabu (21/11/2018) kemarin.

Tidak hanya kelam!n, bahkan 3 jari Maskuri yang digunakan untuk memegang kelam!nnya juga ikut terpotong.

1.Maskuri mengambil g0lok di dapur

Maskuri tidak menunjukkan gejala mencur!gakan sebelumnya. Dia masuk ke dalam kamar mandi rumahnya dengan membawa g0lok dari dapur.

"Pulang pasar saya ke dapur buat masak dan menyalakan kompor. Tapi suami saya menyuruh saya untuk keluar, tadinya saya nggak mau.

Setelah keluar sebentar, saya balik lagi teringat kompor belum dimatikan. Saya lihat di dapur banyak darah," kata sang istri, Warkonah (32) saat di Rumah Sakit Bhakti Asih.

2. Maskuri Tidak Teriak Kesakitan

Tidak lama setelah memotong kelam!nnya, Maskuri terdiam dan dalam posisi jongkok.

"Kalau orang biasa mungkin teriak kesakitan. Tapi saya lihat suami saja jongkok, diam," ucapnya.

Maskuri dilarikan ke Rumah Sakit Bhakti Asih Brebes dan segera diberikan obat penenang dan penahan rasa sakit.

6. Kelam!nnya tidak bisa disambung kembali

Staf humas Rumah Sakit Bhakti Asih, Rizky Yuza Ananda mengatakan Maskuri masuk rumah sakit pada Rabu (21/11/2018) sore karena kejadian sekitar pukul 16.00 WIB.

"Kami sudah melakukan tindakan dan sudah berusaha untuk menyambungnya. Namun, hal itu tidak bisa dilakukan," jelasnya, Jumat (23/11/2018).

Menurutnya, untuk luka yang ditimbulkan dapat kering dan sembuh, namun untuk penyambungan tidak bisa dilakukan.

Rizky Yuna menjelaskan hampir seluruh bagian alat vit4l terpotong dan hanya menyisakan seperempat bagian.

Untuk buang air kecil, pihak rumah sakit telah memasang alat bantu atau kateter.

9. Biaya Perawatan Tidak Ditanggung BPJS Kesehatan

"Katanya tidak boleh (pakai BPJS). Semoga sih pihak rumah sakit bisa membantu biar kami dapat pakai BPJS. Uang kami pas-pasan," kata Warkonah dengan wajah memelas.

Pihak BPJS Kesehatan Tegal yang wilayah kerjanya meliputi Brebes menjelaskan alasan pasien tersebut tidak ditanggung BPJS.

"Gangguan kesehatan akibat sengaja menyakiti diri sendiri, termasuk pelayanan kesehatan yang tidak dijamin," kata perwakilan BPJS Tegal, Sulis.

Masyarakat yang melakukan aksi bodoh seperti b#nuh diri, meluk4i diri sendiri, mengkonsumsi nark0ba dan minum-minuman ker4s, Program Jaminan Kesehatan Nasional (JKN) BPJS Kesehatan, tidak akan menanggungnya.

"Ada beberapa hal yang tidak dilayani BPJS Kesehatan seperti kasus b#nuh diri, nark0ba dan mir4s. Intinya yang menyakiti diri sendiri atau yang menjadikan diri berbahaya atau sakit yang disengaja," tegasnya.

Sehari-hari, ayah dua anak itu hanya membantu istrinya yang berjualan sembako kecil-kecilan dan jajanan di warung yang dibangun di depan rumahnya.

Kini, kondisi Maskuri sudah stabil. Pend4rahan hebat di kelam!nnya berhasil dihentikan.

Pihak rumah sakit mengatakan ada kelainan jiwa terhadap pasien sehingga nekat memotong kemalu4nnya sendiri.

Sang istri, Warkonah (32) saat di rumah sakit menceritakan sebelum kejadian, suaminya itu sering diam dan bengong.

Kemudian, tidak doyan makan dan tidurnya sebentar.

"Akhir- akhir ini jarang tidur dan makan. Dia menceritakan mendapatkan bisikan untuk memotongnya (alat kelam!n)," imbuhnya.
